Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped from Palm Harbor, Florida.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We are a small operation running limited batches, so orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States)
Standard shipping: $8.00 flat rate — 3–7 business days
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders of $70.00 or more
Express shipping: $15.00 flat rate — 2–3 business days

International shipping
USPS International: $25.00 — 7–21 business days
DHL Express International: $25.00 — 5–10 business days
All other countries: $35.00 — 10–21 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority.

Delivery estimates
All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or events outside our control.

Lost or damaged packages
